Castle Café is Open For Business!

From the Principal, Mrs. Melissa Labadie

February 5, 2018

Dear Plumbrook Families:

Welcome February and the snowy days of winter!

First of all… Thank you Plumbrook parents for supporting the many PEP fundraisers that help our teachers and staff provide much needed resources and materials for our students. Thank you PEP for organizing the many activities that support our students: academically and socially.

Specifically, the fundraising has allowed Plumbrook school to…

  • Upgrade the new sound system in the gym with a CD player
  • Purchase RAZ kid’s subscriptions for lower elementary students
  • Purchase student magazine subscriptions for upper elementary students
  • Offset field trip transportation costs
  • Provide teacher vouchers for supplies, and materials
  • Provide registration fees for Olympiads: math, science, and social studies
  • Purchase a pallet of paper – that will allow us to provide other student supplies

PEP has many more events scheduled this year, such as restaurant nights, bagel days, and box top collections. So, please don’t hesitate to contact the PEP committee if you have time to help with these activities (plumbrookpep@outlook.com).

As always, I want to thank you our many families and our fabulous staff and teachers for the gift of time and resources.

Mrs. Melissa Labadie
